Bright greetings

I sometimes find it challenging to use really bright colors on my cards, particularly oranges and yellows, even though I like the bright results.  However, I was pleased with the way this card turned out by adding a border of bright green around this yellow and orange:

Somehow these colors seemed appropriate on this Cinco de Mayo day!  And hopefully the bright and cheerful look will cheer up the recipient.
