Hello friend card

I wanted to make a cute but heart-warming card for a friend who needed some encouragement so I used this cute little girl in a frame.  The dark background for the frame and the label are made of burgundy suede paper.  I think that paper makes such a beautiful statement when I remember to use it!  I used silver embossing powder on the floral pieces around the little girl and I liked the way it turned out.  Hope my friend is encouraged by this card.
